Dr. Hajee S.Abdul Kadir is a self-made man. He knows to be the Headmaster of Prestigious Pallivasal Higher secondary School, Mudukulathur from the ranks of an Ordinary secondary grade teacher. He started as a primary School teacher and later joined Pallivasal middle School as a Secondary Grade Assistant. He was promoted as Headmaster of the middle school overlooking seniority because of his professional competance, rare merit and the high esteem in which he was held by the community.

He was elected as the General Secretary of the range Teacher's Associations because of the leadership qualities. He was instrumental in developing all the schools in the area by helping to organize school improvement conference. For his the valuable contribution for the development and improvement of primary education in the backward Mudukulathur area he was awarded the State Award for the year 1974-75.

He felt that Mudukulathur area backed in secondary education facilities and through his strenuous efforts converted the middle School into High School. He was able to secure huge donation for construction of buildings and provision of equipments for the school. He did not remain content with his achievements. He further tried and upgraded the High school into Higher Secondary School.

He is an able and efficient teacher. He is a good administrator. His leadership qualities deserve special mention. He occupies a unique position in community and is held in a very high esteem by the public. He is a good disciplinarian and does not compromise when questions of discipline are involved. He is very sympathetic and kind to the poor and down-trodden. He helps them and gets help from them through his influence.

He is very religious and pious. His professional growth is synonymous with the growth of the institution he serves. It has been a rare privilege for him to be a student, later a teacher and then headmaster of the middle school, High school and finally higher secondary school. He serves the institution and the community with a rare sense of devotion to duty and achieved remarkable distinction.
